Stunning views, king size bed in the master, 1-2 blocks from several restaurants, boutiques, Cat Island coffee, tennis courts, city park, city splash pad, PCYC and just across from the beach. This condo is a downstairs unit. We also offer the option to rent our on-site golf cart upon availability. Recently added outdoor activities-giant chess, 2 outdoor fire pits, pool table, golf, bowling and ping pong
