Why they chose this property

If you want to feel how Merida traditional neighborhood life was about before gentrification, this area has still a feeling of local people keeping its places, tradition and routine. The area is surrounded by two "plazas" with churches that recall Merida traditional lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

The house has a very smart design making optimal use of its spaces and also provides amplitud in every corner. It is one of the rare houses in the area with a private pool and terrace and it is well equipped to feel like home.
