About this property

Think the extended-stay brand but without all the other guest. This basement apartment has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge. One spacious bedroom with a king size, memory, foam, bed, and black out curtains. A full size bathroom with an extra large, walk-in shower. Large fenced in backyard for counting stars and catching fireflies. I just enjoying the patio. All major attractions are less than 15 minutes away including the airport, Space, Center, and downtown. Enjoy the small city with a big city feel. Huntsville was voted best place to live in 2022 and second best in 2023.

Great stay!

Doňya and ms H were great with communication and so very helpful. I juet moved to the area and needed somewhere to stay until I found an apartment with my dog, this was great! Nice fenced in backyard and all the privacy of having the full downstairs with separate w/d and entrance! I never got the opportunity to meet Doñya, but ms H stays upstairs and is quick in responses for anything you may need! I stayed for a month and it was perfect for what i needed. I will say that the couch does not have room to pull out how it is set up right now, so if you have more than 1-2 people, just let her know you will need more beds. The king sized bed takes up most of the other room, but it is SO COMFY. Black out curtains too :) I got great sleep!
