Fully Furnished Corporate Rental for 1+ month. Beautiful open-concept ranch home with 3 car garage in Castle Rock. Close to parks/trails, shopping & restaurants, and a short drive to highway. Hosts live in Castle Rock and have been hosts for 7 years! We just started on VRBO, but are superhosts with hundred's of 5 star reviews on another popular platform. We pride ourselves on being readily available if anything comes up for our guests, and giving you a 5 star experience!
Inside you'll find a large living room open to the kitchen & dinning. An office and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Main level is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is an additional bedroom and bath. Fenced yard and covered back deck too. Perfect for those relocating, in between houses, etc. This home qualifies for a rental rebate for those looking to purchase a home in the area- ask me how!

The Meadows has miles of trails, mountain views, outlet malls nearby, parks, courts, and so much more! Its a close drive to the highway and is so beautiful here!
