Luxurious Bright & Happy House 3Bed 2King+1 Full

This is a happy, open, light-filled 4 bedroom home. It features a projector+ switch+xbox360, a fully stocked high-end kitchen, formal dining, an office space w/ very fast wifi, a sky-lit master shower + 2 king-size mattresses & a memory foam full bed + a rear deck w/gas fire pit & grill . The street has historic street lights and is very easy to park at any time. It is very close to the river, art galleries, and shops in New Manchester. Ebike rental a block away. The space
As you approach the bright yellow front door you can type your code into a smart lock. You will enter into the front foyer/formal dining room. It seats 6 people and has a side credenza of games.
The center core is the kitchen with high end appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Just across is the half bath and coat closet.
The rear end of the house is a grand open living room with blackout curtains for watching movies on the projector and or play Xbox. (Make sure to bring your laptop to stream movies and hook up via HDMI to the projector.)
The master bedroom features a King Saatva luxury mattress on a remote adjustable base platform. The large master shower is sky-lit and has a beautiful glass sliding door. Bedroom also features an inversion table and vanity space.
Guest room 1 has a king organic latex Luma sleep mattress that feels like a cloud, a large desk, and a wall mounted adjustable flat screen TV.
Guest room 2 has double-size mattress with a 5inch foam topper that you melt into, desk, and wall mounted adjustable flat screen TV.
The office has an 8’ desk & printer. There is a 4 foot portable adjustable standing desk that rests on the 8 foot desk. It has a high end gaming chair for ultimate comfort as all as a standing mat.
The guest bathroom has a full bathtub for soaking.
