The Space:
Modern updated victorian home conveniently located less than 2 miles from downtown Salt Lake City’s dining, shopping, and entertainment and less than 10 miles from Salt Lake City Airport. Just across from the home resides Liberty Park, an 80 acre public space with swimming pools, tennis courts and more. 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths this home accommodates 5 people with additional sofa bed. A stunning classic on the outside and modern and stylish on the inside, this home away from home will surely charm you. Some amenities include laundry, high speed internet, and parking in driveway for (1) vehicle.
Guest Access:
You will have access to a private home there is a duplex at the back of the property with its own addressed and the house is not shared. The separate back unit is also occupied by guests. The door at the end of the hallway is locked with a deadbolt from both sides and there is no key access for either unit.
KITCHEN:
Prepare a delicious home cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances including a range, refrigerator, and dish washer. Also provided for your convenience is a microwave, toaster, hand mixer, crock pot, and standard coffee maker. With plenty of spices, utensils, and cookware, you will have everything you need to feel right at home!

SITTING/DINING ROOM:
Located off the kitchen is a sitting and dining area with a table and chairs for 6, a comfy arm chair, as well as a sofa futon for additional seating and sleeping space.

LIVING AREA:
Bright and open living area with a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair for plenty of seating. WIFI and Roku TV with streaming capabilities are included so you can catch up on your favorite Netflix series!
BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms, both located upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, and luggage rack. There is also a cozy nook by the window overlooking Liberty Park! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a smart TV and desk. Both bedrooms are complete with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. There is also a pack-n-play available if you are traveling with a little one.
BATHROOMS:
Located downstairs is a half-bathroom and upstairs there is a full-bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, paper products, and other basic essentials are provided for your convenience.
LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer are located upstairs.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
There is yard space in the front of the home and outdoor seating located on the front porch.
The Neighborhood:
The Liberty Park neighborhood is known for brick homes, beautiful mature trees, large porches, and the locally owned business scene. You can grab morning coffee at Coffee Garden on 9th and 9th and take a morning stroll down Liberty park’s walking paths or for lunchtime, have a picnic and bring sandwiches from the Bagel Project on South 500 East. Liberty Park was founded in 1882 and has many public facilities including playgrounds, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a greenhouse. Also located within the park is the Isaac Chase Mill, built in 1852 and is the oldest commercial building still standing in Utah. While you’re there, check out the house of Issac Chase, now the Chase Home Museum of Utah Folk Arts with no charge for admission! Another location within the park to visit is the Tracy Aviary, open to the public since 1938 and home to over 400 birds. So without even having to get into a car you can plan a day of outdoor fun and adventure!
Getting Around:
Drive or Uber/Lyft from the airport; it’s a short 12-15 minute ride. You can also take the Trax downtown and Uber/Lyft or bus from downtown to a few blocks from your Liberty Park home base. The UTA Trip Planner website has helpful bus and Trax info.

- You’ll want to note the stairs are steeper and narrower than in newer homes, but railings are installed throughout. This home was built near the turn of the 19th century and has many unique architectural features & historical charm that may not be for everyone.

-You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
-No pets allowed at this property.
-No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.
-Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
-Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
-Please complete your Airbnb profile, add a profile photo and make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnb or on the airbnb app. Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly to the platform.
