Stay in style at this Coast Chic, Sun Soaked, Newly Painted townhome. This townhome is positioned in the coveted Quad 1 (voted the best Quad in Olé)! Steps away from your garage is a semi-private pool with lush gardens and a BBQ/Grilling Space. With two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an attached garage, you will have plenty of space to call your own. The first floor has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a family room, and a half bath. Upstairs has a built-in granite desk perfect for working remotely, a primary suite, one guest bedroom, and one guest bathroom. This home is equipped for a great vacation and if you want to visit the nearby beaches there are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and coolers available for you to use.

Not only do you have access to the semi-private Quad 1 Pool you also have access to the Resort Pool with Waterfall. At the Resort Rool, you can expect Poolside Food and Beverage Service, a Hot Tub, Tiki Huts, Hammocks for lounging, and a Kid's Pool with a Splash Pad. Other amenities include a Pub, a Bistro, an Ice Cream Parlor, a Movie Theater, Bocce, Tennis Courts, Pickleball with equipment/rackets in the home, and a Fitness Center! Olé also had an active social calendar with daily activities available to residents and renters. Olé Resort at Lely really has it all!
