PET POLICY/DOGS: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay. We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case by case basis. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will maintain close inspection after checking-out of furniture and carpets and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage where needed. Avoid these costs by taking care to manage and clean-up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $50. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), when available.
NOISE / DISTURBANCE: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and there is a strict no party policy. We enforce a fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10p and 8a.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.
REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.
SMOKING: No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
MAIL: Please do not send mail to the property. We recommend getting a PO Box.
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.
