Great home overall

This was my first time using Vrbo to book a home and it was overall a good experience. When I first got there I did have a little problem getting in and took a while to receive a response via the inbox on vrbo and by calling so first thing I would say just need better communication. next thing we issue with wifi but that was fixed quick. everything was exactly what it looked like in the photos. the steps are a little steep so just be careful with those. I also got locked out again at 12am so I was nervous if they were up to help me get back in and they did so that was a plus just need more timely responses. Overall great home

Columbus Stay

The house looks exactly as the pictures. It was really clean. However when I came in the upstairs bathroom shower curtain did not fit the bathtub and was sitting in the tub. I called the host and the answer I received was "really, that's weird" so my kids showered without a curtain carefully. The bedrooms were very comfortable for my 2 teens upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the main bedroom downstairs. The electricity was knocked out on our last night because there was a car accident 3 blocks away that hit the light pole. we contacted the host about this but no response. However, we were mostly out seeing Ohio because we came out of state to visit our family who just moved to Columbus. We were able to drive to see Columbus, Cleveland and other small towns were very fun during the Christmas season.
