Take the canoe out or fish on the private community lake (a short walk from the house), enjoy a picnic at the lakeside picnic area with picnic tables, or roast marshmallows over the fire pit. Also be sure to enjoy the area's outdoor activities, including 250 hikes/waterfalls nearby. New carpet, all new paint interior and exterior, new beds, all new linens and towels, new dishwasher.
