Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sitting on a fresh water canal minutes to the beach. Will comfortably sleep 6-8 adults. Master bedroom has king size bed and beautiful state of art walk in closet. Two guest beds are queens with lots of closet space. Heated poolFenced in yard perfect for small dog. Privacy and beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including keurig and combo toaster oven and air fryer. New patio furniture perfect for sitting poolside and catching the games on glare free outdoor flat screen and grilling out. New mattresses in all 3 bedrooms. New washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided! Outdoor fridge in the 2 car garage.

Excellent vacations home!

Excellent and beautiful vacations home in a quiet neighborhood at Rotonda West. Everyone from my family loved this home away home! It is well stock with everything needed, closed to the beaches and restaurants at Gasparilla Island and Englewood with a nicer and cleanest pool! I recommend this home 100%!

Nicest home we've ever rented!

We loved this home so much last year we came back again. The home is by far the most comfortable, well-appointed house we've ever rented. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, open floor concept, wonderful, heated pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking paths at the Broadmoor Park with our dogs. The hosts were great and very responsive! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely lovely home-beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, great pool, quiet neighborhood and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this property and enjoyed every minute we had visiting. Fantastic House

This is the cleanest and most comfortable house we have ever rented. Immaculately decorated, fully equipped and warm pool besides. I would give it 10 stars is I could. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Rotonda West area.

Exceeded all expectations!

The home far exceeded expectations! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, open floor concept, wonderful, heated pool. We stayed the entire month of February and wished we'd booked a couple weeks longer. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking paths at the Broadmoor Park and around the Rotunda Community Park. The host was great and very responsive! Highly recommend!
