Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage in our storage room from 10am. until 4pm. Without any additional cost.

We have a brand new app called 'DACK', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Welcome to the Chic Haus complex in the heart of Palermo Chico! We are delighted to present our new apartments, perfectly located a few meters from Avenida del Libertador.

Our 2 units offer a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a capacity for 9 guests traveling together. The apartments are located on the same level, next to each other.

The apartments have a large private terrace or balcony, perfect for enjoying the sun and fresh breeze. Additionally, there is a private mini pool, to relax and cool off on hot or cold days.

For those who want to enjoy a good meal outdoors, we offer a grill on the terrace. There is also air conditioning in all rooms so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round.

Additionally, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen that can be adapted for any occasion. The single beds can be converted into a double bed if required. We also have individual sofa beds in all units.

Chic Haus is located on the first floor which is accessed by a wide staircase.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car.
