Luxurious room in a newly constructed modern townhome. Located near the medical center, walking distance from NRG Stadium and Metro stop. Minutes from Downtown, Midtown, and the museum district. Surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment and provide easy access to I-610 loop.

You will have your own private room with en-suite full bathroom, a TV and wifi connection. Your room will be located on the 1st floor. Access to the second floor and the rooftop is prohibited without written permission. Room include smart TV with local channels and a Mini Fridge. Towels and hangers are also included.

GUEST HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE.

Guests can park any available parking within the complex (not in the garage) or on Engelmohr St.
