Luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse with stunning oceanfront views and spacious terrace with hot tub!
Relax and gather friends or family in this beautiful setting for memories to last a lifetime. This 3713 sq ft 3BR/4BA is exquisitely appointed with granite countertops, a full kitchen, dining area, large living room with sofa, chairs and TV, a washer/dryer and all of the amenities you need.

Two bedrooms have king beds with a shower, standing tub, dual sinks and closet space. The third bedroom has 2 queens with a shower and single sink.
The terrace is lovely, with a cabana, hot tub, sitting area, 4 lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Grab a glass of wine or your favorite drink and enjoy the view.

There are 4 onsite restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating:
* Latitud 23.5 - elegant steakhouse
* La Taburna - fine Italian dining
* El Patron - family Mexican dining
* El Coralle - poolside and evening (when open) pizza, hamburgers, tacos, etc
And of course there is 24/7 room service!
All-inclusive options are available for purchase when you arrive.

Order drinks at the beautiful lobby bar and sit with friends. You can also order drinks and food poolside.

There are numerous pools including an infinity pool, a family pool with shallow fun for little kids, an adults-only pool, some hot tubs and …a lazy river! The lazy river is quite fun - grab your drink, hop on a tube and have a relaxing float.

Fitness buffs will enjoy the gym center as well as daily organized exercise classes. There is an organized water power walk early in the morning in the lazy river but try later in the day for a really good workout as all of the lazy river jets are on!

The deli/market shop, located on the 1st/ground floor, has ice cream, pastries, breakfast tacos and other food. The dark chocolate ice cream is amazing! There are drugstore items as well as snacks, dairy, liquor, clothing, souvenirs and pool toys.

Beach access with cabanas and lounge chairs is next to Coralle restaurant. Unfortunately the beach area is not swim able as the undertow is too strong.

There are organized activities everyday, check the calendar given at check-in. Sometimes there is tequila or wine tasting or a cooking activity. Additional cost may be required.

Onsite kids club has activities every day.

$10 resort charge per day.

Crib is available by request. Restaurants have highchairs.

Centrally located on the beach between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose de Los Cabos. Both cities offer excellent restaurants and many activities. Snorkeling, wave runners, catamaran outings and evening sailing are available. Inquire at the excursion desk located in the lobby.
Los Cabos International airport (SJD) is about 30 minutes away.
Car rental, taxi and Uber are available. Car service is available to/from the airport and can be booked with the resort.
