The space
This is 35 sq. m. 1 bedroom condo perfect privilege for your stay, and relish the walkway from the balcony direct to the pool.

The Condo offers a queen bed, fully furnished, a self-catering kitchen can be a great option for your holiday stay in Phuket! In my room, you can find everything you need for your ideal vacation. It has every amenities to make your stay pleasant and comfortable : full kitchen set up, Wi-Fi, balcony with a coffee table and cozy chairs, in-room safe, and even ironing set.

Guest access
All public facilities in the resort are free to use for each guest. Amazing extra-large swimming pool with hydromassage, chill area, and shallow pool for kids Gym with good enough equipment and space, sauna, restaurant, lobby, garden, and Shutle service to the beach and Boat Avenue, car and motorcycle parking lots, etc.
Other things to note
* Car parking available free of charge.

* Room rate do not include daily breakfast.

* Housekeeping will clean the room before arrival and after check out.

* Room rates include electricity (30 units per day) and water usage. Additional usage of electricity will be charged at 7 baht per unit miter. Please kindly turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not using them.

* At check-in, you will be asked to register your passport or national ID card. You will also be requested to pay a deposit of 2,000 Baht to cover any potential damage or keycard loss.

* Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is prior to 11 am, unless otherwise agreed. Check in and checkout times are usually flexible but this is not guaranteed, so please ask in advance.

* We do provide Shampoo, Shower Gel, Tissue Paper and Toothbrush on arrival time only.

* Cooking Basics: We only provide plates, cutlery, and a cooking pan; we don't provide salt, pepper, or oil.

* Extra garbage bags and toilets will be provided on weekly cleaning only; if you need extra, please feel free to purchase them from 7-11 or the nearest supermarket
