About this property

This new and modern duplex is beautiful, bright and centrally located. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the duplex has a lovely front porch and backyard seating/entertaining area with fire pit and BBQ. Walking distance to bustling 4th avenue, Broadway, and 10 minute walk to famous Kitsilano Beach, where you can catch the sunset, play volleyball, swim in Canada's longest outdoor pool, all at our oceanfront! With friendly neighbours, if you have kids (or not), this place is PERFECT for your Vancouver city getaways.

The kitchen is a host's dream with a central island and bar stool, a convection bake oven/microwave and large oven and large fridge. It's bright, warm and inviting. You are sure to feel at home here!
Please NOTE:
In Vancouver, the only LEGALLY-permitted short-term rentals are the ones where owners live. This means that during the times when we do not have guests, we live here! When you stay at our home, you feel like you are at home, in a warm, welcoming environment. We do leave a clean, tidy space (minimalist) for you to enjoy, and we leave some drawers and some closet space empty for guests, but not all closet space and drawers will be available for you to use. We know that you will love our home as much as we do!
