About this property

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 5 minutes from airport and hospitals, 10 minutes to expressway.
The space
Newly constructed , new furniture, new appliances, all new! Master bedroom is very spacious, king bed, large walk in closet. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen beds , large closets.
Guest access
Full access to house and garage, garage clicker provided.
Other things to note
- Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Each TV has access to Netflix and Prime Video along with some other feee channel apps.

- Arcade Game has multiple games available. Plug into power outlet on right side. The 1 player button is the enter button and the joystick is the up and down selector. To exit any game hold down the 1 player button until exit screen comes up.

- Pellet Smoker/grill is ready to use, just power on and set the temp using the knob. There should be enough pellets for a couple of cooks, just regularly check that pellets are funneling in evenly by lifting lid on left side and keeping pellets level.
