A good nights sleep

I could not wait to go to bed. Best bed ever. Quiet neighborhood garage apartment. Neighborhood was old and in need of some upkeep. I was gone every day, all day, but looked forwad to this little apartment and its king size bed. Although i did not use the kitchen, it seemed well supplied. The bathroom was small but ample. Did not use tv, fireplace, or seating area. Outside behind the welcome sign there was a small fenced area with a couple of wicker chairs and small firepit. I had my dog with me so she kept going out there to sniff around. There was no grass in fenced area so i took dog out to the front yard to do her business. There was a small parking pad in front of welcome sign. If you do not need a stylish neighborhood, but you want a clean, quiet comfortable bed, this is the place for you.

Very pleased

Fortunate to have found this place, especially as it conveniently was located close to relatives I was visiting. It served all my needs easily. Additionally, I needed a little assistance from the owner when I arrived, and he was incredibly pleasant. Very pleased.

Holiday FL, 1/13-1/21/24

Very nice (new) room. All you need for a short stay. Better set up than a hotel room. Clean and new set up. Host was gracious and helpful (and left us alone unless we asked). The electric fireplace was very nice! I would recommend this room for a stay of short and medium length (a week or more).
