Disliked: Communication

The Palms Place is just ok, in terms of lokks and atmosphere. There was no way to walk from public parking to the lobby.....or at least I was not told where. I wasn't told because the Front Desk staff chose to ignore me as I stood at the desk......the only person in the whole lobby, waiting to ask my question. When I noticed the clerk start to acknowledge a man walking up to her. I decided I was done there, put my keys down at her station, and said I was checking out. She decided to tell me I could have dropped them off elsewhere. "I had question", I replied. She then saw me off with a snarky, contrived "You gave a good day". So I decided to let her know, "You acknowledge somebody, say hello, I'll be with you in a minute. It's not hard. And it's not. She's just terrible at her job in hospitality. I won't be back. This happened between 10:30 - 11am. She was a black blazer, magenta shirt, black hair pulled back.
