Beautiful! Comfortable! Great location!

Very clean and comfortable remodeled apartment facing the pool! Great communication with owner. Amazing walking distance to old town.

Nicely renovated and convenient condo

This unit is nicely updated and comfortably furnished. I was unaware at the time I booked the place there was no TV or internet included but my stay was short enough that those things ultimately did not matter. The place was quiet and well located adjacent to the Arizona Canal bike and walking path and is a 15 minute walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square. The owner is responsive and pleasant to deal with - would stay again.

Simple but Great

Amy's communication was outstanding, and her place is comfortable, clean and well-located! The home is simple (no TV, wifi, or coffee maker) but if that's okay with you, the location is wonderful and we walked down the canal into town each night. Enjoyed ourselves! (We were able to purchase a week long wifi pass on an available Cox local network, so that was great, too.)
