Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please tie all trash bags securely and place them in the outside receptacle. Before leaving, ensure the trash bin is fully closed to prevent rodents and wildlife from accessing it.
Please ensure that all doors and open windows are closed and locked before your departure.
Please remove all cooked and raw food from the refrigerator and wipe it clean. You may leave any unused, unopened food items behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
On day of departure, place trash in kitchen receptacle, close the bag, and drop in the outside container--no garbage in the house.
Do Not open or unlock garage, leave food on countertops/tables, or perishable food in pantry. Washing cars is not permitted and will result in removal

It is a great property to stay at, the host is great, the house will be as clean as you keep it, maid does come from time to time though. Overall I am really enjoying my stay

Spring break visit

Great place to stay for a family with pet. We stayed 5 days and had a nice stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the host was very response and professional. Will stay again.

Comfy Space

We had a great stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access, 5 mins away from the best fishing you can find, spacious, and great amenities! Highly suggest if you need a private and peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend this house! Our family had a five star experience!
