Conveniently located near HWY 71 (main Hwy) and nestled within a quiet, well-established neighborhood, it has plenty of parking, is fully furnished and appliance-equipped, and is a great place to stay for family gatherings, quick-to-long getaways, local events, or a short—or long-term stay for work. We are within walking distance of the Motiva refinery and a 10-15 minute drive to Valero, Chevron, and Total Refineries. This home works well for those needing a home away from home for work.
