Very unprofessional service. Canceled on us last minute

The host had very poor and unprofessional communication. After having it reserved weeks in advanced, the host canceled the reservation THE DAY of the check in, saying the house needed repairs, and no follow up when asked more information. I wouldn't trust this host, beware.

Perfect place for our Mother Daughter weekend getaway

It was the perfect home for our weekend get away for 5 sets of mother daughters. The place was clean and we had enough beds for all of us and individual rooms to accommodate our group. We kept making new discoveries with air hockey table and foosball in the garage. Plenty of outdoor living and playing. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the beautiful home and wonderfully decorated. Love that it was a short uber drive from home to Disneyland. We had issue with not being able to locate hair dryers and property manager was great at answering calls and helping us to resolve, even coming by to drop off hair dryer for us to use. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful home!

First of all, this home was super cute!! Nicely remodeled, with beautiful decor, even decorated for the holidays. It was very clean and spacious, there were 10 of us, on a family Disneyland trip, and we had plenty of room. It has all the amenities you would need. Nathan, the host, was so amazing. He responded very quickly and was very kind and helpful. After checkout, he let us leave our cars in the driveway so we could go to Disneyland. On our drive back home, I realized I left my purse in one of the cupboards, I contacted him immediately, he found my purse and shipped it to me. I offered to pay for shipping, but he did not accept. Very few kind people like this, so glad to have found him. Now we have a definite place to stay when we go down to Disneyland. Thanks Nathan for a wonderful experience!

Overall the best house I have stayed at!

I went for my birthday trip with family and this has to be the best place I have stayed! The house was very nice and the host helped me with everything I needed help with. Because my flight came in early I was able to take my things at the house until check in time. The neighborhood was awesome also! Anytime I go back to Cali I will definitely stay here again and next time bring kids because I know they will the outside playground. I had no complaints at all and everyone who came for my trip enjoyed it as much as I did.

Disneyland Family Trip Oct 2024

Nathan was a fantastic Host! He is the nicest host I have ever rented a vacation home from. He checked in on us and responded promptly. He truly cares that you enjoy your stay. The property is exactly how it is described. Less than 10 minutes from Disney. It was close to Wal-Mart and many other stores. Quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay again at his Harle Anaheim property. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Thank you Nathan
