Fully furnished home easily accommodates 11 guests.

Large two-story home (3596 sf, 5bd, 3ba), Arrowhead Legends golf course lot, pool, bbq, lots of driveway parking, quiet neighborhood, AJ's and Safeway shopping within walking distance, nice park down the street, and easy access to 101 freeway.

Includes upstairs TV room (70" 4K), downstairs family room (55" 4K), conference area w/50" monitor/tv, laundry room, workout area (100# punching bag/speedbag), and fully equipped kitchen (all utilities are included along with wifi and cable).

Security provided via door and window sensors with maintainable alerts (voice/tone/none) plus cameras. Know exactly where/when someone is entering or leaving from anywhere inside the house (voice mode only). Quick and easy access with PIN code tailored to your specific booking, no physical keys needed.

Note: Landscaping is primarily desert (crushed rock spread over ground) with an uncovered stretch left to do. See pictures for details. Pool is not heated as with most AZ residences and is best used from late March through early November.

Private chef is available upon request - breakfast, lunch, or dinner for your group!

Cameras

While the house and location was great and the host was very accommodating. The reason for the 4 rating for accuracy of the listing is due the fact that there are cameras in the living spaces (hallway, family room). Possibly others. The listing does mention cameras. Although I assumed they were covering the outside entrances. Many in the group (especially the women) were not pleased with this. After booking the property and receiving the welcome letter. There were more details about cameras. Again, assuming they were pointed at the entrances. This should be made clear prior to booking. The question is are the cameras recording audio as well as video? I understand the need for security, but the renters have the right to privacy.

Great spring training trip house

House was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for six adults. Kitchen and bedrooms were as described. Unfortunately the pool is too cold to use this time of year (as host made clear prior to booking). Gorgeous view from the balcony and yard. 15-45 minutes from all Spring Training sites, majority within 30 minutes.

Weekend in Phoenix

The house was spacious enough to accommodate our large group. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room to prepare meals. The view outback of the pond and golf course were nice adding to southwest sunsets colorful exits. We would definitely stay here again and again!
