This beautiful home is situated in the Baldy area, a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby, perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just a 12-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 10 minutes from both Breckenridge Ski Resort and BreckConnect Gondola getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The garage is not available to guests.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
