HOWDY - come enjoy a perfect blend of country & coastline at this beautiful home! Located just a short walk to the beach, you'll have easy access to the surf.. save a horse and ride a wave. The community provides a pool & a board walk to the intracoastal. Inside you'll find an inviting and cozy atmosphere & feel right at home with all the comforts you need. Living space - 
Enter into the living room, dining room and kitchen with a very open and spacious space for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy! The living room features an electrical fireplace that provides a lovely ambiance. Off the dining area you can open up the sliding glass doors to the enclosed porch. Here you will find a cozy place to read, eat, listen to music on the record player or find time to play a board game! 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms - 
Down the hall is the bunk room, with 1 twin and 1 double bunk. Also a built in desk, in case working is needed during your stay. 
Second up is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bedroom and the surf vibe. 
In between these two rooms you will find the hall bathroom with a shower/bath combo. 
Lastly the primary bedroom with a queen bed, cows, a tv and an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower. 

Outside - 
The fully fenced in outdoor space provides a tranquil oasis where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The trees make a lovely shaded canopy. Out front you will find a residential street that leads you to a1a and right onto the beach. Quick 10 minute walk to get your toes in the sand! 

In the Community -
The neighborhood is very small and private and the community pool is just steps away and also a boardwalk that leads to the intracoastal. You can see amazing pink sunsets from here!!

The house is fully available to guests other than the locked owners closet.

No Smoking in the property.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
