Discover comfort in our 1,714 sqft 3BR/2BA home, perfect for extended stays. It includes a master bedroom with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, plus two daybeds and two bunk beds for extra guests.

Enjoy a peaceful outdoor experience in our large backyard or relax on the covered patio with seating for two. The home is designed for comfort and practicality, ensuring a pleasant stay in Jacksonville.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. You're also welcome to enjoy the large backyard and the covered patio for some outdoor relaxation. The driveway provides ample parking space. Please feel free to make yourself at home during your stay.

Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.

Unsafe and Dirty

This home looks good in the pictures, but when we arrived, we found moldy water in the dishwasher, extremely dirty floors, overflowing trash, pull chains off the fan-light combo fixtures (so you couldn't turn the light on or off), a drawer broken and off its slides, the railing on the top bunk missing screws, a wobbly living room chair, a broken shower head, a sticky shower door, he remnants of food frozen in the ice box, unclean tap water, and unclean dishes in the cabinets. Andrew told us to wear shoes inside due to the condition of the floors. He sent someone to unclog the dishwasher. That person used dish soap in the dishwasher. We cleaned up the overflow bubbles. The washer still stank like you cannot believe so Andrew told us to get baking soda and vinegar and leave it open to air out. We spent the first day cleaning the floors, buying a britta water filter, buying disposable cups, plates and plasticware. The second to last day, the sticky shower door shattered exploding glass everywhere and slicing my son's ankle. I asked Andrew to come over to check the safety of the remaining glass panel and clean up. He arrived in about 30 mins after I had cleaned up some of the glass and all the blood. Now he is refusing to return our deposit, instead blaming us for the explosive glass door. We're never using VRBO again. Please advise how to upload photos.
