This very spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bath beach house is nestled in the very secluded residential Beach Drive section located on the north end of Myrtle Beach. This beach home has been a Booe Realty vacation rental property for many years providing families many fond vacation memories. The Whitaker House features Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 porches, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and the downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, large family room, washer/dryer and an oceanfront patio. Central heat and air in home. Affordably priced for that special vacation! A small pet is allowed for a small fee and with some restrictions. Maximum occupancy is 16 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with The Whitaker House. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. No large gatherings, ceremonies, tents of outside music permitted.

1 Queen, 8 Twins, 3 Doubles. Will allow one dog up to 50 lbs. If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

Great place

We had 3 families there and it was more than enough room. Right on the beach. Great screened in deck to overlook the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Needs Help

Here's the positives. The location is great, beach and beach access was great. The upper porch was wonderful, to sit in the mornings and watch the waves while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. However, this house needs a lot of work. The property is for sale and has been let go. They should have paid me to stay here. Sheets and towels were provided, which was a plus however, when I went to make the bed, the spread and mattress cover were filthy, full of sand and dog hair, and stained with who knows what. The downstairs AC was not working in the living area and the place smelled mildewy. The rugs around the house were dirty and stained. Kitchen appliances such as toaster oven and microwave were filthy and food splattered. One of the bathroom showers had sand in the tub and would not drain properly. Every time I walked upstairs, I would walk into a spider web. I had to walk around holding my hands in front of my face to avoid walking into a web. The place was overall filthy and gave me the creeps. There were too many issues to list here. For what we paid to stay there, I would expect a clean environment. We left a day early because we couldn't stand it and we were offered no compensation.

Amazing family house!

Overall everything was exceptional. The check in process was frustrating they give you a waiting time between 3-6pm but they want you out of there at 9:59am no questions asked on day of check out. Makes it hard when traveling several hours.

Amazing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Whitaker house! The front porch has an incredible view and stays shaded all day. The house had everything we could possibly need. The owners obviously take pride in this property. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
