Nestled in a prime location for adventure, Cozy Time Cabin is just miles away from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Particularly magical during the holidays, Cozy Time Cabin is full of light, rustic charm, and modern conveniences. The open-concept main living area is complete with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a great collection of board games. The sleeper sofa provides additional plush sleeping arrangements and the high-speed WiFi keeps you constantly connected.

Composed of updated appliances and ample meal prep space, the well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze! Dining is done just as easily at the spacious dining area. Sizable and inviting, the bedroom has soft linens and its own TV. The perks don't end there though! Also inside, you'll have access to a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Outside, the porch is home to a bubbling hot tub and a gas grill. A delicious cookout can be accompanied by s'mores made over the firepit's dancing flames.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
