200 Boardwalk is a beautifully maintained/modernized "old School" beach cottage located Oceanfront in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina!

This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath Oceanfront cottage has three levels. The Main-level includes an entryway, kitchen, dining room, den one full bath, and two bedrooms. The den has a large smart TV and opens into a covered oceanside porch with a raised deck. Below the deck is a spacious outdoor shower and access to the beachside storage area with all the chairs, umbrellas, and toys you need to enjoy a day on the beach! The Upstairs Level features two bedrooms that have beautiful oceanviews. There is also a full bath with shower on this level. The Basement Level is made up of rustic elements and has another bedroom and a flex sleeping space, 2 half baths, a separate den with a large Smart TV (Many times called the "teen center"), 2 large private indoor showers, a 2-car Garage, laundry space, beachside outdoor shower and a beachside storage area.
