Nice Condo but..

The condo is fine. Very clean. It’s an older property and could use some updates especially around trim and molding. We did not appreciate someone from the property management company banging on our door at 11pm at night. Apparently someone above us was throwing water on people down below and they had the wrong condo.

Loved the beach and pool. Condo was nice. Beautiful view and loved seeing the dolphins each morning.

Nice but I’ll pass next time

The location was very nice (beachfront) but the condo needs a ton of work. Days before our check in date, we received an email advising our check-in time was pushed back to 6 PM due to CDC current guidelines. Additional cleaning and sanitizing of the unit was required. My family decided that we would go a little early and just hang out until check-in. We inquired about receiving our parking passes around 3PM and the front desk representative stated that our room was ready and we could check in early. I confirmed with the front desk rep about the additional cleaning and he assured me that there was additional cleaning in the condo. Well, when we got in the condo there was mold on the floor of the bathroom, the sheets and pillowcases had all sorts of stains of multiple colors. There was sand on the nightstands and dirt on the floor. My toddler stepdaughter likes to run around with no shoes on and after looking at the bottom of her feet after running around the condo for only a few minutes, I was dreadful of allowing her to continue. I called the reservation desk to advise about the unclean condo unit and all the housekeeping did was place a set of sheets on top of the bed. My fiancé and I had to strip the sheets off the bed and place the new ones on which also had stains on them. No additional cleaning was done in the unit at all.

Great Beach and Pool.

When we chose this property, we were aware that some of the common areas would not be accessible. I had reached out twice asking about the pool and never got any response. We were lucky enough that the pool was available. Where we were unlucky was with the property balcony. We knew that the balcony might be getting some maintenance. One thing that wasn't clear was that the ocean view would be completely obstructed because all the glass had plastic on them. I reached out about this and never got a response either. I found communication with either the owner or property management very difficult.
