Welcome to our sultry sanctuary in the heart of downtown Vancouver on vibrant Seymour Street. Our single-bedroom loft with a twist is perfect for couples seeking luxury, sensuality, and a breathtaking view of the downtown skyline. Our uniquely designed loft is intended to ignite passion and create unforgettable memories.

This loft is more than just accommodation; it's an invitation to elevate your experience and embrace the passions that define you. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape, a weekend of exploration, or a luxurious retreat with a loved one, our downtown Vancouver sanctuary awaits.

The living spaces are adorned with tasteful artwork, creating an environment that stimulates the mind and the senses. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to indulge in culinary delights, whether preparing a romantic dinner for two.

Guests have access to the entire unit, building amenities (patio with grill, amenity kitchen, workspace, gym and roof deck!) and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.

SLEEPING
With room for up to three guests, the accommodations feature a king-size bed on the second floor with a mirrored ceiling above it and a sofa in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
I will not embarrass you with my presence and offer you a self-check-in. When you arrive, you must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock.

My unit has a front door-facing camera for security purposes.
It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e. it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound; videos are only recorded if problems occur. There are NO other cameras inside the property whatsoever.
I understand that this may bother you, so I will be happy to provide a screenshot from the camera that shows what area is being filmed.

Please DON'T LOSE THE KEYS. Key replacement costs $100. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit.
