- Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM onwards
- Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM or earlier
- No late check-out is possible unless approved by the host. (Subject to charge)
- In case of dishonoring the agreed check-out time, the guest will be automatically be fined the full amount of the security deposit.
- Payment for Security Deposit is required upon check-in and will be used for any fines and damages committed by the guest.
- Each property has a maximum occupancy. Unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed to stay/access the apartment.
- No Smoking inside the property. Failure to comply will be subject to AED 1500 fine.
- No pets are allowed in the apartment.
- Loud music is not allowed.
- This is a residential property, any sort of parties and gatherings that could affect the neighbors are prohibited.
- Observance of the quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Use the building Garbage Room for proper waste disposal.
- Excessive dirt or stains will be subject to charge.
- Loss of any Apartment keys, access cards, or parking remotes is subject to charge.
- Failure to comply with the house rules set by the host and community management will result in forced eviction from the property.
