Great House!

Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the San Juan River Estate House and loved it! For skiing it is the perfect location about 10 minutes closer to Wolf Creek than anything in Pagosa, quiet neighborhood, AND the San Juan River in your backyard which is magical even in the winter with the snow! We are already thinking about coming back later in the year to fish! Thank you Carmen for making our stay so wonderful!

Highly recommend this home!!!

We loved our stay at this property! Beautiful home, community, and scenery!! The river was very relaxing. The home is decorated beautifully and we loved the theme and layout. Plenty of room for all of us!
