About this property

Enjoy this remodeled ground level and tastefully furnished condo. Located poolside with tennis and pickle ball courts. The condo has 2 outdoor covered patios next to the waterfall, stream and small pond. Very open and light condo with almost all glass across the entire back of the condo. Remodeled clubhouse May 2016. Very quiet and peaceful with only 49 total units in the complex, unlike some large complexes with hundreds of units and kids, which many of my guests have come from and can't believe the difference and re-book .

Great St. George location close to shopping including the Zion Factory Outlet stores and restaurants which are just up the road. Downtown St. George and the college are just minutes away. 1/2 mile from the condo to miles of the paved Virgin River biking and walking trails.

A short drive away is Snow Canyon State Park and the Tuacahn amphitheater with nightly plays and concerts. Condo complex is a pitching wedge from the entrance of the St. George Golf Club for 18 holes of golf or try any of the dozen or so golf courses in the Greater St. George area.

Just 45 minutes to Zion Nat'l Park. 15 -20 minutes to boating and fishing at 2 different reservoirs. 90 minutes to Las Vegas.

Queen beds in both bedrooms which are in separate areas of the condo with your living, dining and kitchen areas in between. DVD player and 2 flat screen TV's plus 100 Meg internet.

Local owner/manager is less than a mile away to attend to any of your needs or desires or to assist you.

The complex is an older one, but this unit has been well maintained, is very comfortably furnished and well supplied. The pool and hot tub were a welcome amenity. The owner welcomed us and was immediately available when a minor issue arose. We recommend this property.

Great place!

7th year coming to Senior Games & best stay yet. Very comfortable & great location. Owner met us on arrival to explain a few things about the condo. First time that has ever happened. Will stay here again.

Friendly town

Property location was nice. Not centrally located but not far from it. The condo was quiet while we stayed there the month of December. We would stay there again if in the area. Many things to see and do in St. George.

I purchased this condo because it is in a beautiful complex in a fantastic St. George area within minutes of shopping and restaurants and is literally minutes from my office and my home and I can provide great service to my clients.

What makes this property unique

This poolside condo has a resort like feeling yet is private and festive. This end unit is right next to the rushing waterfall and stream which empties into a small pond with a fountain. Since the complex is is located on the golf course you are only 100 yards from the entrance to the St. George Golf Club. Just a 1/2 mile away is the paved Virgin River bike and walking trail with miles of paths.
