We're a rare find - Highgate Hill is one of a few suburbs out there that is right in the heart of Brisbane, providing easy access to the city and South Bank AND provides quiet, peaceful neighbourhood for living.

Not anywhere will you find a home that has easy access to the train, bus, ferry, Uber/DiDi, walk to and from the city, South Bank and surrounds. The best option are e-scooters - cheap, fun and accessible. Our guests love them. No traffic jams too!

We've spent over a year on renovations since acquiring the property. We're ready to give you the best stay possible. The house features;

- 3x spacious bedrooms with queen beds (1 bedroom of the 3 has 2x single beds)
- 1x master bedroom with modern, newly renovated ensuite with a private bathroom and shower

Plush Sealy-branded mattresses allow for maximum comfort and clean, high-threaded sheets and doonahs.

We have a spacious deck for outdoor dining, with a dining table + chairs.

After every guest, we go through a rigorous deep clean of the house, providing the cleanest environment as possible for all guests. We have an easy check-in and check-out process, with a keybox with a combination code to access. We are always open to feedback, and communication and hospitality are very important - we try and always aim to accommodate all requests our guests have, so please reach out.

Our house is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Please do your part in keeping this neighbourhood safe and peaceful. Us, local security, the police will be called, and POLICE HAS BEEN called recently to one of our recent stays. Rarely do we have a neighbourhood right next to the city that is quiet and perfect for living.

If you break this rule, a) police will visit you and record your name down in the system, b) your VRBO account will be reported VRBO management and potentially terminated/fined, c) you will put our ability to host in jeopardy.


Laundry room & dryer on the bottom floor. Access through the side and around to the back (from the carport down to the backyard). Alternatively, access by going down the stairs from the back patio.
