This three-bedroom duplex apartment is located over the top two floors of the grade-II listed Helios building at Television Centre in W12. The living spaces are arranged above the bedrooms to take advantage of views of the Helios statue and fountain at the centre of the development and the London skyline, from floor-to-ceiling windows and two roof terraces. Entering the timber panelled entrance, a floating staircase leads to a broken-plan living space above.

The Italian kitchen features a fluted walnut clad island with marble worktop and splashback and Miele appliances. Beyond this there is an open plan living/ dining room with gas fireplace and separate study. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in abundant natural light and provide access to two roof terraces. Downstairs, the three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and their own marble-walled bathrooms.
