Amazing Apartment in a very nice location
This very clean and spacious two-bed apartment is located in a hotel-like new building. There is a 24-hour reception there. The people at the reception were nice and helpful. They gave us extra towels and blankets, extra glasses and cutlery although the kitchen already had enough equipment for six people. There is also a top notch and very well equipped gym on the 10th floor with Istanbul's view.
The building is located within a nice neighbourhood close (10 min walk) to Civahir shopping mall. Metro is about 10 to 15 min walk. Nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are within 2 to 5 min walk. The neighbourhood is suitable for children and older people since it is not very crowded and not very touristic.
The flat itself (No. 707) was very spacious and also suitable for children and older people. We were a family of 7, including two grand mum and dads and a three-year-old child. Still, everybody had its privacy since the kitchen was also separated from the living room.
Kitchen is equipped. It has a big fridge, four burner induction cooktop, an oven and a dish-washer. and enough kitchenware for cooking and serving food.
All in all, we were very happy that we chose this flat. I definitely recommend this flat and we will choose it again. There was also some construction work a few hundred meters away from the building. The noise didn't bother us and was stopped in the evenings and during the weekend. Windows are double glazed and the flat is on the seventh floor. This is only a consideration if you are after a very quiet flat.
