Double booked - bait and switch

Home was supposedly double booked by VRBO and another site. The rep said it was a system error. We selected this house because of the amenities Then we were moved to another house which didn’t have the amenities we needed. And the house was being shared (basement) by someone else—— so we ran out of hot water. So we asked for another place The next house again didn’t have what we needed We stayed because we were tired of all the BS We ran out of towels But we had hot water The manager gave us back 80% of what we paid - but the experience was horrible Don’t book this place. Or with the manager.

Double Booked house - we didn’t have a house to stay in!

We booked and paid for 4 days (3 nights)… only to arrive to a house that was already occupied. So I can’t say anything about the house itself, but yeah! Not a good experience.
