The Clinton Premier is a beautiful 3 family, four-story, newly renovated, 1890 townhouse located in Clinton Hill. Suite 2 is located 2 flights up on the 3rd flr and is a walk up. Suite 2 is a 1 bedroom apartment with a king size bed, sleeps 2. Kitchen is fully equipped and elegantly appointed with granite counter tops, microwave and dishwasher. The unit has individually controlled heating/air conditioning. Hardwood floors are throughout, except the bathroom, it is tiled. Cable TV and Internet/WiFi are included in your stay. Suite 2 is spacious, well-coordinated and comfortable. The neighborhood is vibrant and family friendly. It is safe to walk to and from the subway at all hours. Plenty of great places to eat and drink are within walking distance. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk as well as the subway/metro. The "C" subway line at the Franklin Ave Station takes you to Manhattan in 12 minutes/6 stops. from the property. There you will find The Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero, Wall Street and much more. The subway provides access to all parts of the city. The house is located 7 walkable blocks to/from the Barclays Center, where you can see the Brooklyn Nets (basketball) or one of the many concerts. Citi Bikes (bicycles) for rent, are available at the end of the block, approximately 200 feet from the house.
You will find a many diverse wonderful restaurants, shops, theatres, historic parks, libraries, museums, gyms, banks, a children's museum and much more. Walk to Prospect Park (enjoy the zoo and horse-backing riding), the Botanical Gardens and The Brooklyn Museum. Besides having efficient public transportation, it is easy to stroll through Brooklyn from Park Slope to Crown Heights to Fort Greene to Clinton Hill to Bedford Stuyvesant. A Beautiful Brooklyn Apartment and a Wonderful Host

This apartment is wonderful-it’s clean, well-kept, stylish, and close to the C train, not to mention many great little cafes and restaurants. But the highlight of our stay was the host. She was responsive, helpful, and charming. Highly recommended.

Happy days in NYC

Our stay in NYC was suspended several times due to the COVID 19 pandemic. In all that time, Frances gave us an excellent, understanding and careful treatment. It is the first thing to point out. Then, having arrived in the city, we have done nothing but enjoy the apartment and all its amenities, which made the pleasant experience of staying in NYC in September even better. The apartment is very close to the subway and that makes all trips to Manhattan and other suburbs accessible. Frances is a luxurious hostess and we cannot help recommending a stay at Premier Clinton.

A nice Brooklyn spot

The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The apartment was immaculate. It had easy access to the subway, so it was easy to jump right on the c train and head into Manhattan.

Amazing property and host!

Fran has been the best host I've ever seen. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me and help me adjust to NY C. As a traveler Nurse, I was deployed from my home in Texas 24 hrs before arriving here and Fran did a great job making me comfortable with my home away from home! The apt is beautiful, well stocked and comfy. Most of all. Safe!
