We only allow dogs in the property. There's a pet fee of $99 per pet per night. Planning a stay of 5 days or more? Enjoy a 50% discount on the pet fee. Opting for an extended stay of a month or beyond? Benefit from an impressive 75% discount on the pet fee.
👥 ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
Our property accommodates up to 11 people comfortably. If you have up to 6 more people joining your stay, you may do so for an additional fee of $50. Beyond this limit, each extra person will incur a charge of $50. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have more than 11 people during your stay.

A great central location is about 5 minutes NW of the airport, 10 minutes SE of downtown, and 15 minutes to Zilker Park or Formula 1.

Additional supplies must be brought by guests. 🧼 THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.
🛡️ Extended Stay Insurance Policy: A fee of $39 per reservation for 1-29 nights will be applied, covering comprehensive insurance for each booking. For reservations extending 30 nights, a monthly insurance fee of $199 will be applied. This fee covers insurance for the entire duration of the stay. In the event of staying more than 30 nights, a charge of $6.99 per night will be applied, providing continuous coverage. This policy ensures a comprehensive level of protection throughout the extended stay.

🚫 Strict Cancellation Policy:
-Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund, minus service fees.
