The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
Your very own private estate is waiting for you. Enjoy this enormous backyard with so many fun spaces to lounge and hang out with your favorite people. Swim the day away on the oversized zero edge salt-water lagoon with tanning shelf. This large lagoon will have you feeling like you are at a 5 star resort. Warm up in the heated spa to relax your body and mind. Watch the kids play in the pool from the large palapa, which offers plenty of shade and seating, this area features misters, a fire table and outdoor television. The palapa is perfectly lighted and bright enough for late night chats. Dinners can be prepared on the built-in natural-gas barbecue and can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with seating for six. Lounge on one of six recliners, or challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong. Head over to the side yard where you will find the luscious lawn, a basketball hoop and Classic Bean Bag Toss Game, and you can enjoy the view from the modern hammock. 
 
Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 67-inch LG Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort switch-controlled ceiling fan. The breakfast table, located in the kitchen, features a dining table with seating for seven. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. A formal dining table is located near the home's entrance and features a formal dining table with seating for six. The bonus room features a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper. Xbox gaming console and office space.

Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the family room and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 50-inch Vizio Smart television, ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located to the right of Bedroom 3 and features a Full-sized Bed, 44-inch Sony Smart television, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a shower, tub combo, and vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Suite 2 and features a Full-sized Bed, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 4 is located to the left of Bedroom 3 and features a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed, Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo and double vanity sinks.

The hallway powder room is located Across from Bedroom 4 and features a vanity sink.
