If you check out each individual listing on our profile you will potentially be able to get a better understanding of the property itself. It is a 1/3 acre lot with the 100 year old main house (Gateway House) and the newly built (2020/21) DADU (the Gateway Getaway). The house is a 3 bed, 1 bath house and the DADU is a loft unit with vaulted ceilings with modern furnishings.

You will have 3 bedrooms in the house (1 king, 2 qn/full), and in the DADU you have 1 king open lofted room with a sleeper sofa. It can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.

The main access is from the driveway. There is an entry way between the units to the main house and the entry way to the Getaway to the right.

My family lives 2 doors away and are fairly available if any needs are to arise. We are very responsive hosts and mainly interact via the platform though we always love meeting our guests and you might see us playing on the streets with our young boys or walking our dog.

Note: Exterior security cameras are used for safety and security purposes only. They are located at the back entry, back patio, driveway, chicken coop (exterior road), DADU stairs, DADU door, and front yard.

The trampoline in the picture is no longer on property.

When not working I am enjoying my family as much as I can and if its outdoors even better. I love hearing about the experience that being a host can provide a guests. As an avid STR user too I appreciate having a place to call my own while away that feels homey and comfortable. It makes the experience of a different place immensely enjoyable.
