Deluxe new 3 Bedroom - Furnished - 2-story house. High, 10ft ceilings and enclosed lanai. Tastefully decorated with all appliances included. Bedrooms include King size beds, bathroom, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and TVs. Kitchen has separate eating area. 1 & 1/2 car garage. 2 minutes walking to Country Club with Dining and Bar, Tennis Club, Pool, Hot Tub.

Rental includes Village Resident privileges. Priority pool or Golf are not included but can be purchased. The Villages does not prorate membership cost for short term.

This is a golf cart community and a GOLF CART is available for your use. Tenants responsible for self-insurance.

We'll be back, and recommend to friends.

We were very pleased with our rental. It was, as described and more. The place is very spacious being two-story and most of the time it was just my wife and myself and we only used the main floor ,that was plenty. The place was spotless and it had every kitchen and household gadget and appliance one could imagine including that most essential, automatic , battery powered corkscrew. Christina was very responsive to all of our needs even though she lives in Chicago and her mom and dad were just a short distance away to help out if we had any questions. At the end of our stay, the security deposit was returned promptly without hassle. House and street are extremely quiet and yet you're a two minute walk from tennis courts ,country club , and restaurant ,championship golf course ,and driving range. We'll be back and will recommend the place to our friends.

Can't beat the location!

For a golfer or a tennis player the location can't be beat. Close proximity to both! The home is very comfortable and well equipped, including a well stocked kitchen. Also having a golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. Christina was great to work with and went out of her way to make our stay special.

Great location and lovely house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely, spacious home in The Villages. The house was clean and fully equipped for all our needs including a golf cart for travels in The Villages. Our " landlady " was very responsive to ensure that we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this house for a stay in The Villages.

Clean and very very spacious!

We were very impressed with the property. The house is very large, with more square feet than anywhere else around. The neighborhood is quiet, but there is quick and easy access to Buena Vista Boulevard, which takes you to all of the action. The owner, Christina, was extremely sweet and eager to please. The house was very clean and and well taken care of. We loved the two large flat screen TVs. It was wonderful to have a golf cart for getting around. We took advantage of just a few of the thousands of activities that The Villages offers...our favorites were the bike clubs, art classes, pickle ball lessons, card games, and hiking groups. You can't miss if you choose this property!
