Gorgeous and well designed 2 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 4 only. The unit features include two Queen sized beds, private kitchen and bath.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.

Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and WFi are included in the cost of the rental. There are three flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Street parking close to building.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM

Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

I will be happy to rent this apt again :-)

My parents came from Bangladesh and my brother came from Finland. So our one month holiday wouldn't be enjoyable without this apartment complex. It was really nice and in convenient location. You'll find everything nearby and 6 train is just down to the apartment. Originally I rented 3A located on 3rd Floor but I stayed in 1A located on 1st floor. Since I had some medical issues, they were very nice to exchange the apartment for us. The owner of the apartment also talked to me which was also nice of them. Mr Paul is awesome. He actually maintains and takes care of the guest at the apartment. Whenever we need something, we called Mr Paul and he was there to help. There are a few minor issues that may bother you slightly. For example, in 1A apt, there is only one air condition which is not fully sufficient to cover all rooms. I hope the owner will soon install another air condition for other rooms. Finally, I would definitely recommend this apt to any one :-)
