The Alhambra Lake House is a dedicated short-term rental, and it is equipped with renters as the primary residents in mind. Our success in the Orlando market has led to the addition of this exciting new property to our portfolio. The Alhambra Lake House is NOT someone’s primary residence that gets rented out to try and make a few extra bucks. THIS IS OUR BUSINESS, and we know what it takes to make you a happy return guest. I am the owner, and your main contact, should you need anything during your stay. Your complete satisfaction along with a 5-star review is my #1 objective.

Located on beautiful Alhambra Lake in Cape Coral, Florida, this Luxury Villa features soaring coffered ceilings and exquisite architectural elements only found in the finest of homes. The Alhambra Lake House is exceptionally welcoming with soft accent lighting and professional décor throughout. We use only high thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets with beds and pillows that will ensure an exceptionally satisfying night’s sleep during your stay. Enjoy (2) well-appointed master suites with the primary bedroom on the opposite side of the home. Both masters have direct access to the Lanai with their own televisions and Sonos sound systems.

The Alhambra Lakehouse boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, which includes brand new Bosch and Café brand appliances. Everything you need to prepare your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen is included in your stay. A separate laundry area with brand-new washer and dryer is conveniently located directly off the kitchen.
Expansive outdoor living area with your own private dock overlooking beautiful Lake Alhambra. (2) Fishing poles and (2) Kayaks are provided to enjoy Cape Corals extensive canal system which includes 7 lakes that are all accessible from your private dock.

Dine alfresco in the fully screened lanai featuring expansive lake views. This stunning villa boasts a large outdoor kitchen with a commercial propane grill and high-quality grilling tools for the designated grill master. A full tank of propane is included for your stay. Ample outdoor seating ensures plenty of room for you to indulge in the Florida lifestyle while you lounge by the heated saltwater pool. State of the art Sonos speakers on the lanai provide an exceptional audio experience while you bask in the Florida sunshine. There is a bathroom with shower located directly off the pool deck for your convenience.

Absolutely perfect

Looks just like the photos. The view of the lake is absolute Heaven and the screened area makes for a bug-free paradise. Frank, the owner, answered every text within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and unassuming. (This is the nicest property on the street). And it’s not far from an upscale grocery store, Farmer Joe’s, as well as a Target, an ALDI, and other places you may need for stocking up, even though Frank supplies a thoughtful array of starter items so you can spend your first day relaxing by the pool or kayaking on the lake.

Florida paradise!

We stayed at the Alhambra Lake House for our family of 5 spring break vacation. This property exceeded our expectations in EVERY way! The owner has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. Communication was fast and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and everything you need for dining in. Every room is tastefully decorated and VERY clean. There are baskets in the bathrooms with essentials you might need when you arrive. There was also a basket in the kitchen with some snacks and bottled water which we greatly appreciated as our flight arrived late our first night there. The pool is very nice and clean and heated up very nicely to a comfortable temperature for swimming. There are also two kayaks on the dock that my husband and son enjoyed using to explore the lake. And to top it all off, the views of the sunrise each morning were absolutely gorgeous 🌴🌅 This will definitely be our first choice for booking next year!

Beautiful Lakefront Paradise

We booked this house last minute - literally about three weeks before our scheduled travel. What an incredible find! From the moment we walked in, this home was paradise. An incredible rear view overlooking a small lake, took our breath away. If you are looking for a quality built home, this is it. A warm, comfortable, inviting feel. Definitely considering re-booking for next winter.

Annual Golf Get Together with Old Friends

We all had a great time for our 5 day get together. The house was everything advertised. Great location on the Alhambra Lake, pleasant pool, all the ameneties you would expect. A lot of little things like the coffee pod tree and the amazing toiletries baskets in each bathroom. Plenty of towels including pool towels and well supplied kitchen. The outside lanai and pool area with the bar was a great place for us all to enjoy each others company. The Cape Royal Golf Course we played at was just 10 minutes away. Our group has been coming together to Florida for the past 10 years or so and this is by far the nicest place we've rented. It is our 1st choice to rent again next year.
