Streaks of sunlight illuminate the open-concept great room on the first level of this 2-story home. Start a leisurely day by whipping up a batch of pancakes in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and sparkling countertops. Eat at the breakfast bar for 4 or the modern, bleached-wood 8-person dining table. Unwind on the plush sofa or loveseat in the living area and watch TV after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring the town. On the balcony, enjoy the cotton-candy sunset over the shimmering bay—an 8-person dining table and wicker lounge set offer enough seating for the whole group. Retire for the night in the bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle, or head upstairs for additional sleeping accommodations.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*Boat and trailer parking is prohibited by the HOA. If this rule is not adhered to, the guest will be responsible for HOA fines. However, Bayou Storage is across the street and perfect for storing boats and trailers for a minimal fee.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 40lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.
