The first of two upstairs bedrooms includes a king size bed, balcony overlooking the bay and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. This bathroom connects with a half bath which leads to the 2nd upstairs bedroom with two twin beds.
Downstairs you will find a spacious 3rd bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor deck is bar height providing un-obstructed views of the Aransas Bay sunrise while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
