Double wood-framed French doors lead to the backyard oasis, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Natural light dances across the rooms, creating a serene atmosphere. Hardwood floors are hand-scraped teak wood, and all windows are upgraded for impact and sound insulation.

The Bedrooms:
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each featuring comfortable beds. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a new HD smart streaming TV. The second bedroom offers a full-sized bed and stunning pool views. The third bedroom serves a dual purpose, easily transforming into a tranquil office space with a brand new Pottery Barn twin trundle bed. Connecting these rooms is a custom-built walk-in closet, offering ample hanging space and equipped with yoga mats, free weights, and other amenities. This versatile space is perfect for wellness and relaxation, whether you're starting your day or winding down.

The Bathrooms
Experience tranquility in our recently renovated, modern-designed bathroom, blending vintage charm with contemporary style.
There is also a half bathroom, located off the downstairs den, which features newly installed LED lighting and an elegantly adorned vanity, adding convenience and elegance to your stay.

The Kitchen
In the kitchen, you’ll find a fully equipped space adorned with treasures from around the world. The mix of Saltillo and teak Italian mosaics, along with an imported backsplash from Pedralbes, Spain, create a unique atmosphere. Featuring a high-performance Wolf brand gas-range oven and stove, and a charming breakfast nook comfortably seats 4-5.

Dining and Living Spaces
Dine around a spacious round wood dining table that seats 6, perfect for shared meals. Relax in the living room on linen sofas surrounding an original fireplace, creating an inviting space for gatherings. For a more intimate retreat, head to the cozy den that has leather armchairs and a smart HD TV.

The meticulously manicured outdoor paradise has a large, inviting pool, sun loungers and a 6-seater dining table that provide the perfect setting for sun-soaked days and evening gatherings. The yard is fully fenced for complete privacy. Exciting additions, including a new pool heater, a BBQ, and a pool safety fence.

The Extras:
Elevate your stay with thoughtful extras: bask in the sun with 4 beach chairs at your disposal, and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer just steps outside the kitchen, fully stocked with all the detergents you need. Unwind with some leisurely board games, stay connected with high-speed wifi, and embrace wellness with 2 yoga mats and 2 sets of free weights. Accomplish tasks seamlessly at the large work desk and chair in the office, which doubles as the third bedroom. Convenient Parking and Cul-de-Sac Comfort: A large parking area accommodates 2 cars under a carport and 3 spots in the driveway. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, this haven is close to all amenities, ensuring a tranquil retreat with easy access to everything you need.

Things to Note:

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT DRIVER'S LICENSES.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Check-in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do not allow pets.

- There is a RING doorbell camera, and two RING outdoor cameras in the backyard areas. All for our guest's security.
