Located just 15 mins from Disney World, Sea World, Orlando Attractions and one hour from Cocoa Beach. This home is located in Gated Lake Berkley Estates with 24 hr security entrance, Club House with pool, gym, kids splash pad, basketball court, walking trails around lake, fishing and house has its own pool. All the amenities but an entire house for you to enjoy and relax. Two car garage, wifi, TV and extras makes this destination a great one with all restaurants and shopping just 5 minutes away.
The space
4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open floor plan to make your visit comfortable and easy, work station for convenience, comfortable seating on the pool patio with a fantastic view, close to resort amenities. Guests are provided with an introductory supply of sundries, any extra needed is self catering.
