The Condo reservation comes with one free unassigned parking space in the River Bank Lodge parking lot. If you are renting or driving your own vehicle, please know that only one vehicle is free to park in the lot for this unit.

The laundry room is located on bottom floor with a full size washer and dryer and is free to guests. If you don’t have your own detergent, there is an option to purchase your own inside the laundry room cabinet. The condo is fully stocked with towels, soaps, body wash, coffee and cooking seasoning.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit yourself. The only shared spaces in the building would be the lobby, lower back deck and laundry room.
